We shoot 3 takes to create a single one shot sequence of one minute. The idea was to have something impressive into the frame happening while the camera was moving and we found in the reversed water a nice detail to be print it in. So we shot the whole spot as regular but having in mind that the final edit will happened in reverse ( to have the water floating in the air ). to do this possible i designed a special dolly incorporating a stabilised head ( to avoid shakes on the camera ).
The people falling was hanged with wires and to avoid being erasing the wires in post, we light just the characters with some spot lights. We add in 3D ( post ) the bullet and the smoke of the gun and the final text and supers.
